We understand there may be situations where customers need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Pre-Booked Rides

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of 30%.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made at the time of pickup or for no-shows.

Immediate/On-Demand Rides

Once a taxi has been dispatched, cancellations may result in a partial refund, depending on the distance traveled by the driver.

If the driver has arrived at the pickup location and the passenger cancels, a minimum fare or waiting charge may apply.

Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if a passenger decides not to take the ride after booking.

No-Shows: If the passenger is not at the pickup location within [X] minutes of the driver’s arrival, the ride will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Misconduct or Policy Violations: If a passenger is refused service due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with service terms, no refund will be granted.
