Taxi Booking Policy: We strongly advise our customers to book their taxi exclusively through the official contact numbers provided by Saneha Tour & Travels. If a driver suggests using any other number for booking or communication, please be aware that the company will not be held responsible for any incidents, including accidents or other mishaps, resulting from such bookings.

Delay Due to Vehicle Breakdown: In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen delays, Saneha Tour & Travels cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, charges related to missed flights, extended hotel stays, or any other delay-related expenses.

Travel Time from Ludhiana to Delhi: The estimated maximum travel time from Jalandhar to Delhi is approximately 7-8 hours under normal conditions. However, this is subject to variation due to factors such as traffic, weather, or road conditions, and Saneha Tour & Travels cannot guarantee this time frame under all circumstances.

Trip Time Calculation: The billing for your trip will begin once the taxi has arrived at your specified pickup location and is ready for departure. Time spent by the vehicle in transit to your location prior to arrival is not included in the total service time.

Customer Responsibility for Luggage: Customers are solely responsible for the safety and security of their luggage during the journey. Saneha Tour & Travels recommends that you carefully monitor your belongings and ensure that they are properly secured throughout the trip. The company will not be liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy: Any cancellations and corresponding refund requests will be handled according to the specific date and circumstances of the booking. The policy in effect on the date of cancellation will determine eligibility for a refund, and the company reserves the right to withhold refunds based on the terms and conditions applicable at the time of cancellation.
